2. Pre-order and delivery

This product is being sold on a pre-order basis, with all six courses scheduled for release no later than 2nd November 2026.

Access instructions will be provided electronically using the details supplied at checkout.

Should an unexpected delay occur, customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and advised of their available options and statutory rights.

3. Course content

The courses focus on creating digital artwork from photographs and other personalised information.

They do not include training on operating printers, heat presses, cutting machines or other production equipment unless specifically stated.

Any example products shown in promotional photographs are for inspiration and demonstration purposes only.

4. Software and equipment

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable devices, software, internet access and any additional equipment required for their intended use.

Some design techniques may involve third-party software or online tools. Any subscriptions or additional costs associated with those services are not included unless expressly stated.

5. Commercial use

Customers may use the original designs they personally create using the techniques taught in these courses to produce and sell physical finished products.

This permission does not grant ownership of the course materials, supplied templates or other third-party intellectual property.

Any commercial use of third-party images, fonts, software, graphics or other assets remains subject to the relevant owner’s licensing terms.

6. Copyright and intellectual property

All original course content, tutorials, written instructions and resources created by cmcraftsuk remain the intellectual property of cmcraftsuk or their respective rights holders.

Purchasers must not:

• Resell, redistribute or share the course materials
• Upload course content to public groups or file-sharing platforms
• Reproduce or sell the tutorials as their own educational products
• Share purchased access with other individuals or businesses
• Repackage or distribute supplied resources unless expressly permitted

The purchase is for use by one individual unless a separate licence has been agreed in writing.

7. Personalised artwork and customer photographs

Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to use photographs, names, images or other personal information supplied by their own customers.

Customers must ensure that their designs do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights.

8. Refunds and cancellations

As this is a digital product, different cancellation rules may apply depending on when the course content is supplied and whether access or downloading has begun.

Where required by UK consumer law, customers will be asked to expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge any resulting loss of their statutory 14-day cancellation right.

Purchasing a pre-order does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied as agreed.

9. Results and earnings

These courses provide educational guidance and creative techniques.
